• Seeds were removed when they floated to the surface and skins remained in the juice for 8 months
• Aged in amphora, flex eggs, and old barrels for one year

Intense, perfumed nose exhibiting lots of jasmine, honeysuckle, gingerbread and honeyed peaches. A bit steely. Full-bodied and ample, with bright acidity and a long, phenolic-driven finish. Around eight months on skins. Drink or hold.
