Sending Your Wines to Zachys
Ready to send your wines our way? Simply coordinate with your retailer, auction house, or shipping carrier and let us know when to expect the delivery. We'll handle the rest, ensuring your wines are received and stored with the utmost care.

Please be mindful of temperatures and proper packing to ensure your wines arrive safely. You can ship your wines to:

Drop-off
You're also welcome to drop off your wines at our flagship store, 30 Midland Ave, in Port Chester, NY. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. To schedule a drop-off, please email inyfws@zachys.com with the same information as above. Upon arrival, please alert the store team that you are dropping off wines for storage.
Pick-up by New York Fine Wine Storage
We offer dedicated pick-up in a temperature-controlled vehicle. To request a quote, don't hesitate to contact inyfws@zachys.com and include the pick-up location and a list of the wines you'd like to transport.

As purveyors, auctioneers and wine-lovers, our family has been handling wines from around the world for 80 years. Whether you're expanding your collection or need extra space, our temperature-controlled facility in New York ensures the safekeeping of your treasures, whether purchased through Zachys or elsewhere. Curious about your stored wines? If you have an account, visit zachys.com, sign in and navigate to ‘Stored Wines.’ Once there, our intuitive interface allows you to easily view the wines in your hold book and to export the full list as a spreadsheet.
If you haven’t set up an online account yet, you can create one here. Be sure to use the same email address associated with your storage account.

If you withdraw wine, your storage account will reflect changes in 24 hours. For products awaiting intake into storage, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of arrival for updates to appear.

Withdrawing your wines from New York Fine Wine Storage is now easier than ever. Simply log in to your Zachys.com account using the email associated with your storage account, select the wines you'd like to retrieve, and follow our user-friendly checkout process. Choose from various fulfillment options, including shipping, local delivery, in-store pickup, and freight forwarding.
For extra protection, you can opt to include order protection, as well as cold packs and Styrofoam, at an additional cost. The order summary will detail the total amount, which includes $0 for the retail value of the order, along with any additional items and shipping charges. When you're ready, simply proceed to complete the checkout process by clicking ‘Place Order.’
To our valued Auction clients, we are diligently working to introduce this new self-serve feature to you. In the meantime, our dedicated storage team is available to assist you.

Once your wines arrive, we'll typically inventory and place them into storage within 3-5 business days for deliveries under 10 cases. Larger deliveries might need additional time to intake, depending on volume and time of year.

Our New York Fine Wine Storage team oversees our storage service with meticulous care. They will invoice you periodically based on the number of bottles you have stored.
If you've recently made a purchase from Zachys and opted for our complimentary 90-day storage service at checkout, you have almost 3 months to decide what to do with your order: either arrange further storage or dispatch it to your chosen address. If we don't hear from you within 90 days, your wines will continue to be preserved, with storage fees applied. Your options are always open, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.

In this instance, you have two options:
- Please contact us to organize pickup from Zachys or shipment to your desired destination. If we don't hear from you within 90 days, your wines will continue to be preserved, with storage fees applied.
- If you wish for us to continue holding your items beyond the complimentary 90-day holding period, please reach out to our Storage team via email at INYFWS@zachys.com. We'll be delighted to discuss a Storage plan tailored to your requirements.

If you’d like a third party to collect your order from our storage facility, we're happy to assist. Zachys will provide you with a list of suggested carriers/storage companies under the freight forwarder option as well as their contact information. If you’d like to proceed with a carrier that is not on the list, please select ‘Freight Forward – Other’ during checkout. Once you’ve made your selection:
- Contact, book, and arrange payment with your selected carrier.
- Please ask your carrier to contact us at schedulemypickup@zachys.com to coordinate the pickup of your order. Our warehouse team is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Orders can be picked up from Docks 3 or 4, at 30-A Midland Ave, Port Chester, NY.
Typically, orders are ready for pickup two days after you place them. However, during peak seasons, orders may experience delays.

Zachys operates consolidated carrier shipments from New York to Texas, Florida and Los Angeles four times a year (March/April, May/June, October/November, and December), from New York to Europe once a year (November), and from Europe to New York once a year (August). If you wish for your order to be part of one of the quarterly shipments, please select the corresponding option for your location at Checkout. The shipment will be delivered to one of our partner facilities listed below, and you will receive notification of its arrival. From there, it will be your responsibility to arrange for the final mile pickup and transportation to your chosen destination.
