A Week of Wine in Burgundy

Join us for four days inside Burgundy, the kind you don’t stumble into without knowing the right people. This is not a wine tour.
Alongside our friends at Hautes Côtes, we’re hosting an all-inclusive experience for an intimate group with the iconic Maison de Pommard as our home base. A beautifully restored historic property in the heart of Burgundy, Maison de Pommard offers a rare opportunity to stay immersed in the region, surrounded by the vineyards, villages, and wine culture that make it so extraordinary.
Expect long lunches, memorable dinners, cellar doors that don’t open to all easily, conversations that don’t feel rehearsed, and wines you usually only hear about secondhand. Burgundy doesn’t announce itself. There are no spectacles, no velvet ropes. The best bottles are poured quietly, the best meals happen off the radar, and the most interesting moments are rarely planned. That’s exactly where we’ll be.
Over four days, we’ll move between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, spending time with both established icons and the next generation shaping the region. While domaines are not yet confirmed, possible visits include Burgundy legends such as Domaine Dujac, Domaine de Montille, Domaine Mugneret-Gibourg, and Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux, alongside exciting emerging talents including Domaine Dandelion, Domaine Camille Thiriet, and Domaine Maï Roblin Bazin. We’ll taste where the wine is made, walk the vineyards that define it, and eat exceptionally well, the kind of meals that linger in your memory long after the plates are cleared.
There will be time in Beaune, a visit to the Hospices, and plenty of moments that aren’t on the schedule but always seem to happen when the group is right. Joining the experience from Zachys is Ame Brewster, Zachys Senior Wine Specialist, Auctioneer and Sommelier, whose knowledge and perspective will bring an added dimension to the journey
