The sleek, intense and overtly lemony middle weight flavors are supported by a firm but not aggressive mousse that is relatively fine, all wrapped in a mildly austere, very dry and lingering finale. This could use better depth, and the bitter citrus element isn't subtle but overall, this would be a good 'food' Champagne. (Drink starting 2024)"
