Medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, it is characterized by ripe tannins and a broad, saline finish accented by peony notes and bright acids. This cuvée is a beautiful, expertly crafted Chateauneuf-du-Pape totally destemmed and matured entirely in concrete tanks. This is a real gem." 09/24

Very long, imposing finish with stacks of licorice and black olive character. Great aging potential. 92% grenache from vines planted in 1901 and 1902, with a small amount of white grape varieties inter-planted. Matured exclusively in concrete tanks. Bottled unfiltered.
