Striking balance of delicate tannins, animating freshness and just a touch of creaminess. Long, very clean and dry finish. Composed of 55% Pinot Noir of which 12% is still, and 45% Chardonnay with 30% reserve wine in the blend, it is aged two to three years sur latte and finished with an eight gram per liter dosage.
