Black cherries, black raspberry liqueur, pressed flowers, sage, tea leaf, and hints of dashi and porcini all emerge. Medium to full-bodied, it has very even tannins and resonating saltiness, with savory accents and depth, lingering long on the palate. Drink 2026-2050." 06/26
