Paul Sloan developed the vineyard for Terry Adams, and the wine is floral but also spicy with focused reduction. It has very good clarity in the glass, with wisteria, white pepper spice, melon, and quince. The palate is full and elegant, leaning more floral, with key lime and a wet stone texture. Drink over the coming 10 years, though it’s already very appealing upfront. Drink 2026-2036." 06/26
