The 2023 Morgon comes from six different parcels on different soil profiles that together represent 2.5-hectares. Around 30% was raised in foudres and the remainder in used barrels. This has a gorgeous bouquet with redcurrant, wild strawberry, Earl Grey and light minty scents. The palate is well balanced, quite peppery and spicy with fine tannins and a lively, persistent finish. Recommended.
