"Fragrant peach, apricot and ripe pear introduce the perfumed 2025 Blanc, with a floral whiff of jasmine adding another layer. Despite its charm and generosity, freshness is superbly maintained. Medium-bodied, round and juicy, it is a deliciously outgoing white Gassac that finishes with sapid persistence. Residual sugar is 4.3 g/L."
