Dark red cherry/plum fruit, mocha, new leather, licorice and dried herbs all run through this Merlot-driven Saint-Julien. Based on 83% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Petit Verdot that's still resting in 30% new barrels, it's medium to full-bodied on the palate, with a round, layered, nicely balanced profile." 05/26

92 Points, Georgina Hindle, Decanter: "Vivid and vibrant blackcurrant aromas on the nose with some blueberry and crayon touches too. Succulent and juicy but perfectly matched so you get this cool but supple blueberry aspect alongside really mint, wet stone, graphite and flint touches. But not too dry at all. Subtly textured but overall really well balanced and focused with a long finish. Nicely structured so you're getting a wide filling wine with no heaviness. Clearly full of tannins but they widen the expression and with the acidity it’s not too much." 03/26
