Chateauneuf-du-Pape Domaine des Escondudes Cellier des Princes 2020 (750ML)

The name Escondudes comes from the Spanish word "Escondidas" (hidden) in reference to the special; little hidden valley where the vineyard of Domaine Les Escondudes is located. Thanks to its rocky soil with large round pebbles; its grape varieties and its traditional winemaking method; the Domaine des Escondudes offers an elegant tannic structure. It is full and round in the mouth with licorice flavors and spices coming from the Grenache grape. This elegant wine exhibits red berries notes; such as redcurrant and cherry and a spicy finish. The tannins are polished and fine. Produced from 100% Grenache; the wine is slowly fermented for 20 days in stainless steel with daily punching ofthe cap and matured in concrete tanks for 12 months to show the purest expression of the Grenache and terroir.
