Chateau Simone Rouge 2021 (750ML)

96 Points, Yohan Castaing, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2021 Palette Rouge unfurls in the glass with a deep and complex bouquet of cassis, blackberry, blueberry, black olive and exotic spices, revealing a slow and deliberate maturity. Medium- to full-bodied, dense and powerful, it's focused and saline, with a remarkable structure, mineral tannins of extraordinary precision and a long, pepper-inflected finish of considerable depth. This is a vintage that will surely stand as one of the estate's defining wines of the 2020s." 05/26
