Terroir Sitting to the right of the Grands Crus valley, the Chablis Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre is without a doubt the most complete of the Premiers Crus: it concentrates minerality, a floral touch and richness into a great vin de garde… it’s for keeps. Taste Aromas of crystallized apricot, underlying butter and liquorice notes, with touches of spices (white pepper). Lovely minerality, with a powerful and a structured finish. Since the beginning, Jean-Marc Brocard is committed to a healthier culture, respectful of its environment. In 1997, a plot of 11 hectares of Chablis is conducted in organic and biodynamic. Today, 60 hectares are certified organic farming and biodynamic 40 hectares. What makes Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard one of the first wine producers in organic farming in Chablis and Burgundy.
