96 Points, Joaquin Hidalgo, Vinous: "The 2023 San Pablo is 97% Cabernet Franc and 3% Malbec from the Uco Valley. It aged for 20 months in 75% second-use French foudres (Taransaud), 22% Clayver and one used barrel. This is a frank expression of elderberry and blueberry, complemented by soft ash, a touch of tobacco and sour cherry. The aromas and flavors are clear and energetic, with a compact palate and very fine-grained tannins. Long and intense, it reflects growing precision and confidence in the vineyard and winery.
