Despite the young age of vines, this exhibits extraordinary profundity, character and breed. It unfurls slowly with heady florals, toasted hazelnut and smoky incense. The palate is still tightly knit around a matrix of sweet, rich berries, tangy pomegranate, violet and chestnut. Long, silky tannins are seamlessly integrated but not ready to yield their commanding grip. Piercing and persistent in length.
