In fact, Asili will require a few more years of bottle age to fully reveal its potential. Aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, crushed stone and blue flower rise steadily from the bouquet, accompanied by hints of rosemary and lavender oil that seem poised to integrate more completely with time. Sourced from 2.9 hectares of limestone-clay soils, this wine shows impressive tension and latent power, suggesting a long evolution ahead. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in large oak botti, the 2021 Asili totals 13,000 bottles." 07/26
