Since joining the house in 2018, Maud Rabin has helped bring renewed energy to Rare’s singular expression of Champagne, championing its vintage-driven identity, precision, and deep respect for time in the cellar. With a background across fashion, marketing, communications, and luxury spirits, she brings a refined eye to the world of wine transforming each cuvée, each story, and each encounter into a memorable expression of Rare’s art de vivre.

The evening brings together five remarkable expressions from Rare Champagne: Rare Brut 2013, followed by Rare Brut 2012 and Rare Rosé 2014, Rare Brut 2008 presented in Magnum, and Rare Brut 2006 poured from Jeroboam. This distinctive selection offers a rare opportunity to experience the house across vintage, style, and format. With only 14 vintages ever released by Rare Champagne, the evening is an exceptional showcase of the rarity, selectivity, and limited production that define the house.

Guiding the evening, Maud Rabin will take guests behind the wines, sharing the stories of these individual vintages and the vision that defines Rare Champagne. The intimate setting provides a particularly special chance to discover these cuvées alongside the person leading the house today.
