94 Points, Luis Gutierrez, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The white 2024 Principia Mathematica comes from two old vineyards, 70% from one in the Garraf and 30% from a smaller one in central Penedès (Subirats). The grapes were pressed and fermented slowly with indigenous yeasts in untoasted 700-liter oak barrels and a 1,000-liter oak foudre, where the wine matured for eight months including malolactic fermentation and then was bottled unfined and unfiltered. It has a lot of freshness, a clean and elegant nose and a balanced palate. It has contained ripeness, with 12.05% alcohol and a pH of 3.2 and a tasty and chalky finish. 7,300 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2025." 05/26
