The nose is shy, but the palate delivers melted butter and creamy, fine mousse on a body of creamy red apple flesh. This Champagne has a tenderness and flowing sinuousness that make it wonderfully fluid, creamy and salty with exquisite but brisk mellowness. Bottled with zero dosage.
