The palate is especially beautiful in texture, revealing a marine impression of sea salt that sits delicately over the sweet-toned fruit, a character shaped by vines planted on white limestone soils. While past vintages saw more pronounced toasted oak, the 2022 matured in three steam-treated tonneaux and one 320-liter cigar, resulting in an elegant wine with no residual sugar that nonetheless gives an impression of sweetness through its aromatic intensity.
