93-94 Points, John Gilman, View from the Cellar: "The domaine did not include any whole clusters in their 2021 Corton “Perrière” this year. The wine is nicely red fruity on the nose, delivering scents of cherries, red currants, bonfire, venison, stony soil tones, coriander seed and cedary oak. On the palate the wine is deep, fullbodied and chewy, with a good core and soil undertow, tangy acids and a long, closed and nicely soil driven finish. There is excellent volume and punch to the medium-bodied flavors that exude a subtle bead of minerality on the chiseled, compact, focused and wonderfully persistent finale where a touch of austerity slowly emerges.
