"The 2022 Wachenheimer Rechbächel P.C. Monopole opens with a beautifully aromatic yet refined and elegant bouquet of white and yellow stone fruits intermingled with salty notes. Juicy and savory on the palate, this is a medium-bodied, dense and very elegant, saline and stimulating Riesling with picture-book fruit and bright sandstone acidity. Tasted at the Nobelhart & Schmutzig restaurant in Berlin, February 2024."

"Enveloping but subtle nose of ripe stone fruits. Still slightly yeasty, but it is very early days for this minor masterpiece of a Pfalz dry riesling. Stunning harmony, the salty and chalky character underlining this beautifully. From biodynamically grown grapes. Wild-fermented in large neutral oak. Vegan. Drink or hold."
