This bright; crisp and delicious sparkling wine from the North Fork consists of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. It shows aromas of bright green apple and light buttery notes surrounding crisp acidity and medium weight. Hand- harvested from sandy loam soils and made in the Méthode Champenoise with zero dosage. It is matured on the lees for 24 months for added depth and complexity. Certified Sustainable and only 2;640 bottles produced.
