The 2018 Savagnin Côtes du Jura Sous Voile aged oxidatively for five years and clocks in at 15% alcohol. A gentle swirl of the glass unlocks finely delineated saffron, walnuts, dusty lemon peel, hay and bruised apple. On the palate, the 2018 displays remarkable elegance and sees the elevated alcohol flawlessly integrated.
