92 Points, Stephan Reinhardt, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The brightly colored 2023 Assemblage Blanc cœur d'Arvine, fleur de Sylvaner, ordeur d'Ermitage blends Sylvaner from Chamoson with Roussanne and Petite Arvine from Fully, cultivated in three different vineyards in conversion to organic viticulture. The wine shows a complete, round, open-hearted bouquet of ripe white fruits and flowers intertwined with flinty nuances and evens salts. Round, mouthfillingly juicy and very elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied and substantial, textured and refined assemblage with a long, intense, very elegant and balanced finish. This is an excellent white to have with food. 13.6% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in Fully, March 2025." 03/25
