• A small portion was made with whole stems and foot-stomped
• Aged for 2 years in very old barrels from various cooperages

Rich and intense nose with ripe dark cherries and spices. A contrast of ripe fruit and demanding high acidity on the palate, with broad, nicely chewy tannins. Full-bodied, intense, ripe and long. Drink or hold.
