Golden apple, chalk, mint, marzipan and chamomile tones blossom in the glass. The nose shows aromas of lemon tartlets, crunchy pears, and a hint of citrus. The palate is defined by high acidity, delivering a crisp finish and a touch of bitterness reminiscent of pomelo pith. This Chardonnay maintains its fresh, mineral-driven character. It was mainly fermented in stainless steel with a light touch of neutral oak and no stirring. It is a clean, structured wine with a long, satisfying finish." 04/25
