The wine’s aromatic constellation is quite complex for an AC cuvée, offering up a lovely blend of black cherries, sweet dark berries, grilled meats, woodsmoke, a nice touch of mustard seed, dark soil tones and cedar. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and soil-driven in personality, with a fine core of fruit, ripe tannins and fine length and grip on the well balanced finish.
