For over 40 years, Au Bon Climat has been a pioneer in crafting elegant, food-friendly Chardonnays that defy the trend of overly ripe, oaky styles. The 2023 vintage is a testament to this commitment, showcasing a delicate balance of fruit and acidity. Sourced from five premier Santa Barbara County vineyards, the wine underwent a meticulous process that began with hand-picking the grapes to fermenting on lees for 8 months in neutral François Frères barrels.
