92 Points, Allen Meadows, Burghound: "Pretty notes of strawberry and cherry are trimmed in yeast, quinine and citrusy nuances where the latter is picked up by the delicious and vibrant middle weight flavors where the supporting mousse is dense and moderately fine while the finish is clean, dry and complex. For my taste this is drinking perfectly now though it could easily be held if desired." 01/22

92 Points, Sarah Mayo, The Wine Independent: "Deep coral with glints of gold, the Rosé Special Cuvée NV is an assemblage rosé made of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier of which 5-6% is still red wine. Based on the 2019 with 50% of reserve wines, it is finished with an eight gram per liter dosage. Bursting from the glass with showy red fruit aromas intermingling with ripe white peach, yellow mango, baking spice, lemon peel and a hint of crème fraiche, the palate is full-bodied and round with plush fruit intensity that has a savory quality, and plenty of softly stimulating acidity to add freshness to the finish. This is a great any time rosé." 11/23

Layered and concentrated, with a pretty pinpoint mousse and ripe but racy acids, it concludes with a long, expansive finish." 08/22

92 Points, John Gilman, View from the Cellar: "The new release of Bollinger non-vintage Rosé Brut is crafted from a cépages of sixty-two percent pinot noir, twenty-four percent chardonnay and sixteen percent pinot meunier. Thirty percent of the vins clairs are barrel-fermented for this bottling, half of the cuvée is composed from reserve wines and roughly five percent of the pinot noir in the blend is still red wine. The wine is a lovely salmon color and offers up a refined bouquet of cherries, watermelon, chalky soil tones, dried rose petals, a lovely touch of clove-like spices and plenty of upper register smokiness. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a fine core, good soil undertow, just a whisper of vinosity and a long, well-balanced and vibrant finish. This is lovely Brut Rosé that is equally adroit served as an apéritif or with the main course." 12/23

Full-bodied, it’s juicy on opening, filling the palate with refined red fruit and blood orange, and has a rounded mousse as well as a long finish. Perfect as an aperitif or to end the night, it also feels like it will have a good deal of life ahead." 11/23
