Riesling

Riesling is one of our favorites at Zachys to collect because of its versatility and ability to age. Thriving in cooler climates from Germany and Alsace to Australia and upstate New York, this varietal can take on any terroir from which it grows. Once misunderstood as a strictly sweet wine, Riesling can range in style from bone-dry white with racy acidity, to a super ripe and transcendent dessert wine. Not to mention, it’s one of the best white wines to pair with food, making it a wine lover’s dream.
