93 Points, Erin Brooks, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2015 Pinot Noir Mineral Springs Ranch White Label is pale to medium ruby-purple in color with a delicate nose of crushed rock, black cherries and cardamom with notes of black licorice, potpourri, dried leaves and earth. Medium-bodied, it packs in the dark fruits in the mouth with tons of spicy layers and firm, fine-grained tannins, with lovely juicy acidity carrying the long, bitters/amaro and spice-laced finish." 08/18

95 Points, Josh Raynolds, Vinous: "Deep, shimmering red. Powerful, spice- and mineral-accented red berry liqueur, incense and potpourri aromas pick up a savory herb note with aeration. Densely packed but also lively on the palate, offering intense raspberry, cherry pie, spicecake and rose pastille flavors that are supported by a spine of juicy acidity. Smooth, alluringly sweet and penetrating on the finish, which features a resonating floral note and harmonious tannins that add shape and gentle grip. Incidentally, the 2008 version of this wine is drinking fabulously right now, displaying an array of ripe dark fruit and exotic floral qualities, velvety texture and just a hint of maturity-indicating underbrush character. The tannins have almost completely faded away so while it still has time ahead I can think of no compelling reason to delay gratification. (Drink between 2023-2032)" 06/19
