The nose is full of exotic yellow fruits like passoin fruit, lychee, guava, lemon and ripe apple that lead in a to palate bursting with mineral and chalk. The lively acidity and medium mouthfeel really help this stand out. While this is stunning now, it can easily age as well. This is an exciting pairing to shellfish and rich, creamy cheeses."
