Producer Notes: "Malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks during the winter. Nose: Classic Rioja nose with spices, very ripe fruit, toasted notes and hints of leather. Mouth: Wise blend of youth and maturity. Complex mouth gull of ripe and elegant tannins, fresh acidity and unctuous finish that leaves long-lasting remins on the palate. Gastronomy: Perfect to be served with red and game meat, blue fish anmd legume dishes."
