Fortunately, these are joined by an almost pulpy evocation of mirabelleand white peach, to which it seems (the wine being analytically almost bone-dry) as though sheer extract has conveyed a suggestion of sweetness. Iodine and crushed stone add mineral mystery to a profoundly layered, prodigious finish. This already striking success is a prime candidate for unfiltered bottling." 3/19
