Nutty piquancy and black tea smokiness add further complexity on a finish of nearly implacable grip combined with transparency to detail. This is a bit more austere and less mouthwatering than most of the Rebholz vintage 2017 dry Rieslings, but there is no mistaking its multifaceted, authoritative statement. " 3/19
