Fat and fine-grained; a tad sweeter than the Referts but could use a bit more thrust. This edge-free wine features a flavor of pear drop along with an element of saline minerality that gives it good natural balance. Viticulturist Flous recommends pairing it with lobster in cream sauce." 9/18
