It has to shake off a touch of reduction at first, gradually opening to reveal scents of green apple, pear, orange zest and just a hint of white chocolate. The palate is well balanced with fine salinity on the entry. I admire the energy given off by this nascent Puligny. Very harmonious toward the finish, with superb salinity on the aftertaste.
