The 2013 Nuits-Saint-Georges La Richemone Cuvée Ultra is magnificent. This is the first vintage in which Christophe Perrot-Minot vinified the grapes with the jacks attached (pedicelles), which, along with the late harvest, has given then Richemone Ultra a level of precision and finesse I don't recall seeing in previous years.
