90-93 Points, Allen Meadows, Burghound: "Quite deeply colored. An overtly spicy and softly earthy nose consists of exceptionally ripe but not jammy black cherry and plum liqueur aromas. The rich, generous and sappy medium-bodied flavors possess a beguiling texture as well as a hint of minerality that carries over to the firm, long and serious finish. This is also very good and while the supporting tannins are less sophisticated than those of the Echézeaux, there is no rusticity. One to consider." #77 01/20
