89-91 Points, William Kelley, Wine Advocate: "Wafting from the glass with scents of spices, ripe cherries, rose petals and sweet soil tones, the 2018 Meursault Clos des Mouches Rouge is medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, with powdery tannins and a sapid finish. Germain opted to ferment this with 25% whole clusters this year. From a small lieu-dit downslope from Santenots, this parcel was planted in 1949."
