In this new version, 16,000 bottles were made, a great success in a wine that appeals to style, but from a much more approachable side than those burly, bitter orange wines that are hard to drink. This 100% torontel from 90-year-old vines in the Caliboro zone of the dry Maule secano has a pleasing sweetness, a very smooth texture, and lots of candied fruits. For tempura." 01/22
