Vinous Media
94 Points, Antonio Galloni, Vinous: "The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru Longitude is powerful, resonant and beautifully textured in the glass. This is the Larmandier-Bernier style at its best. Almond, dried flower, lemon confit, chamomile and mint are all laced together in a super-expressive, resonant Champagne that is firing on all cylinders today. Ample and enveloping, the Longitude is a wine of pure and total class. Longitude is 1005 Chardonnay taken from chalk and limestone-rich sites in Vertus, Cramant and Oger that sit at the same longitude. Of these, only Vertus is a 1er Cru village, as Cramant and Oger are both Grand Crus. The current release is 60% 2013 and 40% reserve wines. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Disgorged: December 2017." 11/18
Wine Spectator
91 Points, Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator: "Lemon curd and spice flavors are set on the soft and creamy mousse of this appealing Champagne, buoyed by bright acidity and accents of slivered almond, dried apricot and chalk-tinged mineral. Drink now through 2021. " 11/18
Decanter
95 Points, Tim Hall, Decanter: " Lovely classy green-gold colour shouts Chardonnay. Minerals, chalk, a hint of spices, and fine, fine tension in the mouth. Moreish and complete, a fine long wine. SF: Lively and energetic. The palate is spicy and firm with a soft white pepper backdrop. An accessible and ripe style, fresh and poised at the same time. TH: Slightly closed nose with grapefruit. Pretty high-pitched lemon pith notes coming through. It's a little uncompromising and hard for general champagne drinkers maybe, but this is a winner for those who like it honed, dry and persistent."
