While soothingly soft, there’s a salty core of minerality and vibrant acidity that creates a juicy and energetic expression, further accentuated by hints of sour melon. The 2021 tapers off remarkably fresh with a candied citrus twang and leaves the mouth watering for more. Notes From the Winery: "Inspired by Provencal Rosés, the Rivettis decided to produce one rosé from their porfolio. The fascinating characteristics of Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile, permitted us to create a wine that shows great character, an intense aroma, and which is very pleasant to drink. It has a floral and fruity bouquet with hints of citrus and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh and delicate with satisfying minerality and an all-embracing acidity."
