90-92 Points, Neal Martin, Vinous: "The 2018 Gevrey-Chambertin Lavaux Saint-Jacques 1er Cru is quite forward and precocious on the nose of black cherries, cassis and light violet aromas, almost Vosne-like in style. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and a little chewy at first. Displays good substance but needs more complexity and delineation toward the finish, considering the vineyard.
