Like Clinet, this represents the richer, more expansive and elegant side to Pomerol. With aeration the wine gains weight, layers, and depth, but yet the wine, is incredibly light on its feet with its seamless tannins. It is truly is a delicious wine today that is difficult not to drink. Expect to find an explosion of wild blueberries, chocolate covered blackberries, violets, crushed rock and earth, even a touch of citrus that provide balance to the generous dark fruit nuances. Creamy and juicy with the perfect a streak of salinity. A must-buy from 2016."

The palate is full-bodied, concentrated, rich and bold with firm, rounded tannins, seamless freshness and a very long finish with chocolate hints." 11/18
