"A charcoal filtered, cask-aged three-year-old white rum from the famous Diamond Distillery on the east bank of the mighty Demerara River, just six degrees off the equator in Guyana's tropical heat. The aroma is nutty, butter with the merest hint of pineapple/citrus and blue cheese (in a good way). The taste is quite sweet with nutty flavours and a hint of the blue cheese found on the nose, this time served with a hint of fresh sweet mint, chocolate and butterscotch. Light peppery spice.
