Di Costanzo Di Co Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (750ML)
91+ Points, Joe Czerwinski, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Di Co comes from 35-year-old vines in Oak Knoll. Gentle herbal nuances lap at the edges of a pool of blueberry and cherry fruit, framed by mocha and cedar. There's only 20% new oak (Taransaud) in this bottling, but it's noticeable. Medium to full-bodied and firmly tannic, with a dusty finish, this needs a few years to soften." 05/22
93-95 Points, Antonio Galloni, Vinous: "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon DI CO is much more polished than the 2018 tasted along side it. Then again, that wine gained a ton of weight, so who knows if the 2019 will ultimately follow in a similar direction. Red-fleshed fruit, cedar, tobacco and dried autumn leaves add nuance throughout. Today, the 2019 seems to have an extra kick of freshness that is hugely appealing." 09/21
95 Points, Virginie Boone, Wine Enthusiast: "This is a 100% varietal wine made from the foothills of Mount Veeder in Oak Knoll, the vines more than three decades old. Outstanding quality underscores the layers of cedar, dried herb, clove and enduring complexity. The wine is well structured and forgiving in tannin, ready to enjoy." 03/22
