94 Points, Zachys Buying Team: "With the first swirl of the glass you are immediately hit with a beautiful bouquet of dark fruits, flowers and subtle notes of spice, a melange of blueberry, blackberry, violets, hints of cocoa, clove and vanilla that is very inviting. This only get betters with further aeration. These wonderful aromas carry through to the palate to a beautiful, delicate and silky long finish. The tannins are very fine indeed. This cabernet is all about finesse and elegance. The acidity is in perfect harmony with the tannins, giving this wine stunning freshness and brightness. We could not agree with Antonio Galloni more, there is 'real class and pedigree' here. We recommend decanting at least one hour before serving, keeping it slightly below room temperature. Pair with pheasant over a bed of lentils, steak au poivre with roasted potatoes, or simply enjoy on its own."
